Welcome! Peak Project Solutions was founded by Josh Hirsch in 2022 with 2 goals in mind. The first goal is to train aspiring professionals in project management, leadership, and other professional development. The second goal is to partner with companies and assist them with delivering business value through projects. This partnership can start at the project scoping phase and go to closing.
Josh Hirsch
To begin, I am a husband, father, handyman, gardener, and more. I have always been one who enjoys learning and trying new things. Any day of the week, I would be willing to jump into a bathroom remodel, change brakes on a car, or be a part of a project team tasked with building a new processing plant. I embrace new opportunities and enjoy challenges. I grew up in a small rural part of Idaho where I spent most of my days outside working. This taught me to enjoy and love work! I have found that in today’s high pace, changing world, being a hard worker and learner are valuable skills.
I would say that prior to college, I was more of a hands-on learner. Yes, I made it through high school with good grades, but I wasn’t truly passionate about learning yet. After I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Boise State University, is when I really developed a passion for learning and growth. I mean, I have just spent 4 years learning how to think critically and solve problems!
Post graduation, I entered the workforce. I began engineering, working long hours, and climbing the ladder. I found myself learning new skills all the time. I trained myself on how to get better jobs, how to grow my income, and how to build wealth.
While growing professionally, I also worked on my personal relationships, finances, spirituality, and more. I married my wonderful wife, Hailey, in 2018, and since then, we added two kids to the family. Elliette and Teller are the perfect additions, and they teach me so much every day.
At my foundation, I am a patient and loving individual. I am passionate about helping others. I encourage people to take the road less traveled and chase opportunities. I encourage all to seek financial success and situations that are win-win. I want to see others win and find happiness in their careers and personal endeavors. All of this is the reason that I start Peak Project Solutions.

Peak Project Solutions knows how important it is for individuals to seek personal development opportunities in a world with many challenges and that is constantly changing. We want to start off by recommending a book to read. The book is titled “Who Moved My Cheese?” by Dr Spencer Johnson. This is a great story of how 4 characters navigate a maze in search of cheese and their responses to when they find it and when it is gone. My favorite quote from the book is “Move with The Cheese and Enjoy It!” because it highlights the important skill of being able to adapt and change.
